the staff gave helpful local advice i received a free upgrade to a beautiful room the rooftop lounge had views of the sea and cathedral. the location in the city center was fantastic i loved the view it gave me access to everything.
the hotel was on a quiet street but some room elements felt a bit dated

decent location, but issues present
useless air conditioningthin walls
the room got uncomfortably warm. the air conditioning was almost useless, i hardly felt any cool air coming out. staff said they couldnt do anything about it, frustrating, especially considering the price i payed. also, the walls are thin, so i heard neighbors often, it got annoying.

My double room was spacious. I also appreciated views from the rooftop terrace. It had a great location. I found the room very quiet. The staff was cute and helpful.
the minibar was not refilled. This was an inconvenience as I expected it to be restocked daily. I had to call down to reception to ask for a refill.

The reception staff provided clear directions to local attractions. They were also helpful in arranging taxi services. Breakfast service was efficient. I noticed that used plates were promptly cleared and tables were cleaned quickly.

The room was HUGE. I loved the powerful shower and the spacious bathroom was a PLUS!!! The location proved convenient. It was only a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral.
The air conditioning did not work. It was not good enough for the price.
